An experienced people leader with over 20 years of experience in environmental planning, stakeholder engagement and project delivery, Kristy provides high level strategic advice and leadership in the areas of statutory approvals, stakeholder engagement, environmental management and construction contractor compliance, during the early phases of complex civil construction projects.

Kristy maintains strong relationships with approval authorities, project stakeholders, clients and the community in which the team works. She thrives when working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary leadership team in a fast-paced dynamic work environment and is expert in interpreting legislative and strategic priorities into operational tasks and projects, coaching teams to achieve outstanding business outcomes, understanding context and expectations, and managing risks and making decisions.

Kristy has a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor’s degree in Science (Biological Sciences) from the University of Wollongong.
