Junior is an accomplished and experienced wind farm development and delivery director and has successfully collaborated with leading tier one renewable energy companies, in particular wind on/offshore and tidal generation projects, as well as oil and gas marine and infrastructure construction projects.

During his 25-year career, he had been involved in the delivery portfolio of over 2GW on/offshore projects in Europe, Northeast Asia and Australia.

He has a technical understanding of wind specific construction, including programming, planning, budgeting, procurement and supply, constraints on grid registration and modelling, operational installation, geotechnical constraints on foundation types, and soil properties for cable and trenching operations.

Junior’s extensive tertiary education includes a Bachelor of Military Science, a Diploma of Project Management and a Master of Business Administration.
